Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your goodies to you:
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after you place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package is on its way!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Orders under $50 = $6.95
- $50–$149 = $9.95
- Enjoy FREE shipping on orders $150 or more (before tax).
All orders ship via USPS or UPS, and typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.
In-Store Pickup (Local Friends):
If you’re nearby, choose local pickup at checkout—it’s fast, free, and gives us the chance to say hi when you swing by!
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We wish we could hand-deliver every package with a hug! But once it leaves our hands, we’re at the mercy of the carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
